ARTEMISIA BRANDING & IDENTITY

Artemisia has a great story to tell as a female-centric theatre and I was lucky enough to rebuild their visual language from the logo up to better tell their unique tale. The fist icon represents the empowering community the company spearheads and celebrates, while its rounded look has an inviting, inclusive nature. The word mark was crafted to feel more confident than the previous scripted logo treatment, modernizing the brand to match the current, of-the-time stories the brand shares. 

 

The language is daring yet concise, speaking from a first person perspective to include everyone in the idea that her story empowers us all.
