Passenger Princess
We were brought in to reinvigorate the social activations and stories of Dutch Bros to leverage the cult following they had already amassed. With a clear understanding of their market, we built a strategy to own what other cafés can't : car culture. As a drive-thru only café, it was a unique space for them to build equity. And, with the passenger princess trend growing with their target, we started with an activation on National Princess Day that sold out in minutes in most markets and drove scores of user-generated content.
